Welcome to our friendly, expert small group yoga classes at Moulsham Mill

Our popular in-studio classes are long recognised for the exceptional quality of teaching, small class sizes (max ten) and welcoming, supportive environment. We currently offer five weekly in-studio classes across Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Due to the small class sizes it is not possible to offer a drop-in option for in-studio classes, though you are welcome to drop in to any live stream yoga or meditation class.

* Beginners Yoga - for those new to practice or looking for a highly accessible approach

* Yoga, mixed level - for those, including beginners, in good physical health

* Yoga Gently - for complete beginners / students seeking a soft approach

Membership - in-studio

For committed students looking to practice yoga with us in the medium or long term, membership is a more economical option and also offers two weekly classes - one in a small group in-studio setting at Moulsham Mill; the other live streamed. Members receive booking priority.

Six-week blocks - in-studio

For those preferring more flexibility there is the option to pay online in rolling six-week blocks. This is always dependent on there being sufficient non-member spaces available. We are unable to offer one-class drop-ins for in-studio bookings.

Important info about in-studio classes:

  • feel free to bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.

  • class numbers strictly capped at 10 students.

  • we are strictly unable to refund or transfer classes you miss. However, missed sessions can be made up by taking any live streamed class of your choice instead - please email us and see below.

  • in-studio classes are not inter-changeable with live streamed classes.

  • if you should be unable to attend due to having tested positive for Covid-19, or being in close contact with anyone with the virus, you have the option of taking the same class (or another) live streamed once you are feeling well enough. We are unable to offer refunds.

  • Our ongoing studio classes are organised in rolling six-week blocks. You are welcome to join a block at anytime; you will only be charged for weeks remaining of that block.
